We're certain you'll be elated with your Elated Industries purchase, but we all change our minds. If you do or if something doesn't fit right, you can simply return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 60 days of delivery. Our customer support team is only a phone call or email away.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged. This includes “Sale Items” purchased during additional % off sale promotions.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will then send you a replacement or refund you if a replacement is unavailable after the returned item is received and processed.
• Please note: We cannot accept returns/exchanges for the following three reasons:
- Orders past 60 days of their delivery date.
- Items without original tags.
- “Final Sale” Items
• Please be sure to use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Elated Industries cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges back to us.
In the unfortunate event that you received a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +63 917 918 1300 about the damage. After assessing the situation, we will then send you a replacement or issue a refund.
